HWN is always committed to work with women, poor and disadvantaged communities giving high priority of their needs and interests.  enhances gender equity and social inclusion in its workforce, decision making plate form, benefits sharing  through its policy and practices and uplift socio-economic status of socially excluded groups and contribute to stop any form of  discrimination of Nepalese society.

Transparent and Collaborative:

HWN focuses to improve transparency on  project cycle activities, decision making process, income and expenditure following good information (RtI), constitutional right of people through application governance principles and enhancing right to of social accountability tools (participatory planning, social audits, public hearing, publication of white paper; and procurement of goods and services etc). These efforts will   support to develop trust towards HWN’s program/project and organization. At the same time it will work through collaborative and partnership approaches with GON, I/NGOs and development agencies to implement program/projects to address impact group needs, demands and contribute to national poverty reduction agenda.
